Opening of training course for planning cadres for Provincial Party Executive Committee members for the 2025

On the morning of August 7, the Provincial Party Standing Committee coordinated with the Regional Political Academy III to organize the opening ceremony of the training course for cadres planning members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Attending the ceremony were Associate Professor, Dr. Le Van Dinh, Deputy Director of the Academy of Politics Region III; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Minh Tan; Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Thuong Hai; Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department H'Lim Nie.

Associate Professor, Dr. Le Van Dinh, Deputy Director of the Regional Political Academy III, spoke at the opening ceremony.

The class had 51 students who were planning officials for the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term. During 5 days (from August 7 to August 11), the students were taught 8 topics by lecturers from the Regional Political Academy III: Leadership methods and skills in handling complex situations, security and order hotspots in Dak Lak province; Digital transformation, building a digital society, digital economy and implementation solutions for Dak Lak province; Promoting the spirit of creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility of officials and party members; Building and promoting cultural values, the strength of Vietnamese people, people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province in the spirit of the 13th National Party Congress; Skills and methods for building a local socio-economic development strategy; Sustainable values of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought in today's era; Ethnic and religious issues and ethnic and religious policies of our Party and State in the current period; Leadership and management skills of cadres and managers at all levels in the current revolutionary period.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Van Dinh, Deputy Director of the Regional Political Academy III, affirmed: Attaching importance to training and fostering cadres and party members is a consistent viewpoint of our Party throughout the Vietnamese revolution. In the current cause of innovation, training, fostering, and improving the qualifications and theoretical thinking capacity of cadres and party members, especially key leaders and managers at all levels and in all sectors, is of special importance. Therefore, the training course is an opportunity for leaders and managers of agencies and localities to exchange and share knowledge and practical experience in localities and units, and at the same time apply knowledge and experience to actual work in a correct, creative, and flexible manner, in line with the Party's innovation policy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Minh Tan emphasized: The training course aims to concretize the training and fostering of cadres of the province in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No. 164-QD/TW of the Politburo . Thereby, supplementing knowledge, answering new practical issues, creating consensus in the awareness and actions of cadres, contributing to improving awareness, capacity, qualifications, expertise, political qualities, ethics, and lifestyle of cadres and managers at all levels. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the trainees to promote a sense of responsibility, seriously absorb and update knowledge with a spirit of self-awareness, exemplary behavior, actively exchange, discuss, and interact in many ways.
