Attending the event were comrade Bui Huy Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, representatives of local authorities, relevant departments and branches, along with all cadres, teachers, staff and more than 200 students of the school.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the school has 7 classes with 219 students, of which 131 are junior high school students and 88 are high school students. The team of 28 officers, teachers and staff are fully deployed and have enhanced professional training to meet the requirements of educational innovation.

Tuy Duc Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities is a typical local unit in digital transformation. The school has invested in information technology infrastructure, effectively applied software such as industry databases, VnEdu, deployed teaching on online platforms and was recognized as reaching level 2 in digital transformation.

In the 2024-2025 school year, 98.17% of students achieved good conduct, 43.84% achieved good academic performance, and the rate of students who did not achieve the standard decreased sharply compared to the previous school year. The school's students participated and achieved many achievements in provincial competitions such as Olympics, English Speaking, Science and Technology, etc.

Career guidance and orientation work has been carried out effectively. 100% of grade 9 students graduated from junior high school, the majority continued to high school; 27/27 grade 12 students took the high school graduation exam, of which about 21 students registered for university and college admission.

In the new school year 2025-2026, the school has 238 students, organized into 7 classes, one class for each grade from grade 6 to grade 12. The school continues to maintain a stable scale, gradually improving the quality of teaching. At the same time, it focuses on comprehensive education, especially life skills training, preserving national cultural identity and applying information technology in management and teaching.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Bui Huy Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, expressed his joy and emotion when attending the opening ceremony with teachers and students of Tuy Duc Ethnic Minority Secondary and High School, a school located in a border area with many difficulties but always striving to improve.

Despite many difficulties in socio-economic conditions, facilities and the lives of ethnic minority students, with the spirit of overcoming difficulties, the school has achieved many encouraging achievements. The quality of teaching and learning has been improved, the rate of good and excellent students has increased, digital transformation in education has been promoted, comprehensive educational activities have been focused on and especially students have achieved many high results in provincial competitions.

Entering the new school year, comrade Bui Huy Thanh suggested that the school continue to promote tradition, strongly innovate teaching methods, improve the quality of comprehensive education, focus on moral education, life skills and preserve national cultural identity in the boarding learning environment.
