Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Director of the Center for Vocational Education, Hanoi Association of the Blind Nguyen Trung Thai shared: In the era of industrial development 4.0, technology is the "eyes" that help the blind solve many difficulties in learning, research and daily activities. Using computers and the Internet helps the blind easily connect with friends, participate in social activities, share and exchange culture. In other words, information technology, especially software that supports the blind, helps each person easily access the huge information resources on the Internet, expanding knowledge and understanding of the world .

The course has 10 participants, organized in 3 months. The training program is scientifically designed , suitable for the accessibility of the blind, including: Knowledge of computers and information technology, using screen reading software, learning Windows operating system, Microsoft Word, Excel, especially equipping skills in file management and technology application in learning and working for the blind.
During the course, students will be guided in detail, reviewed and tested periodically. At the end of the course, qualified students will be awarded a certificate of elementary level Office Informatics. This is an important asset for the blind to participate in the labor market, be independent in life, and confidently integrate into the community.

Attending the opening ceremony and encouraging blind students to participate in the training course, Vice President in charge of the Hanoi Blind Association Hoang Manh Cuong acknowledged the efforts of the Vocational Education Center and affirmed: Office IT training is of great significance to the blind, contributing to equipping them with the necessary skills to access information, work and be independent in life.
Thereby, supporting the blind to use technology as a pair of eyes, expanding their vision and connecting with the world. This helps the blind overcome barriers, increase employment opportunities and better integrate into the community. Hopefully, members of the blind association will take advantage of this opportunity to study, improve their knowledge and practical skills, and firmly participate in the labor market.
