The Political Report presented at the Congress stated: In the 2020-2025 term, in the context of many difficulties and challenges, the Party Committee and People of Pleiku ward have promoted the spirit of solidarity and strived to achieve many important achievements in all fields.
Accordingly, the average growth rate of production value over the past 5 years is estimated at 10.01%. In 2025, the total production value is estimated at 48,490 billion VND, an increase of 8% compared to 2020; export turnover in the period of 2021-2025 is estimated at 100% of the plan. Average income per capita by 2025 is estimated at 145 million VND/year, 1.75 times higher than in 2020.
The poverty rate in the ward is now only 0.04%; the rate of people participating in health insurance compared to the population is 89.94%; 100% of villages, hamlets, and residential groups in the area have achieved the title of cultural residential area...
The work of consolidating and building grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members in the new period has received attention; the quality of party committees and party cell secretaries has been increasingly improved.
Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Pleiku Ward Party Secretary Nguyen Xuan Phuoc affirmed: Looking back at the past term, we are proud of the comprehensive results achieved in all areas. This is the result, effort and dedication of generations of city, commune and ward (old) cadres through the periods, of the Party Committee, army and people of all ethnic groups in the ward.
Entering the new term, with the goal as the Congress theme determined "Building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; promoting the strength of national solidarity; maintaining national defense and security, ensuring social order and safety; being dynamic and creative; promoting digital transformation; effectively mobilizing resources to build a civilized, modern, and identity-rich Pleiku ward worthy of the province's dynamic region", requires the entire Party organization to constantly strive, have deeper awareness and must demonstrate with specific results, responsibility, and high determination to become a model ward.
Also according to the Secretary of the Pleiku Ward Party Committee, with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress has the extremely important task of comprehensively assessing the implementation of the Resolution of the Congress of Party Delegates of the old communes and wards, pointing out the advantages, disadvantages, causes and lessons learned. From there, clearly identify the direction, goals, tasks and breakthrough solutions to help Pleiku Ward continue to develop rapidly and sustainably in the new period.
