Interactive exhibition “80 years of glorious country – The Road to Independence”
The exhibition “80 years of glorious country – The path of independence” has recreated the heroic historical journey by combining precious documents and modern technology, helping today’s generation to appreciate the value of independence and freedom, while fostering national pride and a sense of responsibility to the Fatherland. On the opening day, the event welcomed more than 10,000 visitors, and it is expected that during the exhibition, it will attract about half a million direct visitors and more than one million online viewers.
The Road to Independence: recreates the revolutionary flow of 1930–1945 with 8 important milestones, illustrated with documentary images, LED lights and VR360 technology.
Independence Monument: a reconstruction model of Ba Dinh Square - where President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, combined with VR360 screen to let the public relive the heroic atmosphere of September 2, 1945.
Writing letters to the Fatherland: a quiet space where visitors can handwrite their thoughts, express their patriotism and aspirations for development; the letters will be kept as part of the community's memory.
Exhibition cluster "80 years of glorious country": systematizes the milestones 1930-2025, from the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam to the aspiration to reach the level of national development in the mid-21st century.
