Political theory education associated with the number system

Before the start of the conference, the Central Propaganda Department held the opening ceremony of the "Pilot system to disseminate, train and update political theory knowledge for cadres and party members on the Internet".

Speaking at the ceremony, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized that the pilot dissemination, training and updating of political theory knowledge for cadres and party members on the Internet is an urgent requirement stated in the Document of the 13th Party Congress on fundamentally innovating the content of the program and methods of political theory education in a scientific , creative and modern direction, linking theory with practice.

The system aims to innovate methods of disseminating, training and updating political theory knowledge for cadres and party members in line with the development trend of the 4.0 industrial revolution. Encourage cadres and party members to apply information technology in improving their capacity for self-study, training and updating political theory knowledge, and fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints. Especially in the context of hostile subjects always using social networks to defame and deny the achievements of the country's innovation, causing division in the great national unity bloc.

In order for the pilot system to disseminate, foster and update political theory knowledge to be highly effective, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia requested that it is necessary to clearly perceive that fostering political theory knowledge on the Internet is an objective trend, contributing positively to the Party's political theory education work. The pilot implementation must ensure the quality of knowledge, the content must be suitable for the target audience, and make optimal use of all technological achievements in fostering and updating knowledge. For agencies and units selected to conduct the pilot program, it is necessary to promote positivity and proactiveness, taking the results of theoretical knowledge training as one of the criteria for evaluating and classifying grassroots Party organizations and Party members.

The pilot system for disseminating, training, and updating political theory knowledge will include 4 sections: Political theory knowledge, Political theory work skills, Research and exchange, and Testing and evaluation.

Based on the actual situation, the Central Propaganda Department determined the direction and tasks of political theory education at the grassroots level in the last months of 2023, focusing on the following key points: Continuing to improve the quality of political theory training and fostering for cadres and party members at the grassroots level; Improving the quality of district-level political theory lecturers; Strengthening inspection and supervision of political theory training and fostering content; Perfecting and improving the quality and effectiveness of the Department of Political Theory and Party History, District-level Political Center; Ideological orientation, propaganda, and Party history education; Meetings and training on political theory education.
