Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Binh Commune Vo Van Cong said that in the past term, the Fatherland Front affirmed its central role in solidarity, as a bridge between the Party, the Government and the People, contributing to consolidating and promoting the great national unity bloc. Patriotic emulation campaigns and movements were launched effectively, spreading widely among the People.

Notably, in 5 years, the people contributed more than 2 billion VND, donated nearly 5,000m2 ^of land and more than 1,200 working days to expand and repair rural roads, upgrade lighting systems, and environmental sanitation. Mobilized more than 2 billion VND from the fund for the poor, built 42 new houses and repaired 12 houses of great solidarity, love and gratitude for poor households and policy families with housing difficulties. Over 2,500 gifts were suddenly given to poor, near-poor and policy families, worth more than 1 billion VND. In particular, implementing the emulation movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", the locality supported the construction of 57 houses for policy families and poor households, with a budget of 3.5 billion VND.

At the same time, the activities of supervision, social criticism, and participation in Party and government building have become increasingly routine, promoting the voice and position of the Front. The work of consolidating and perfecting the organizational apparatus and improving the quality of activities of the Front's working committees in residential areas has received attention, gradually improving its effectiveness.

People's diplomacy activities, propaganda and mobilization of people to properly implement border regulations have achieved many positive results, contributing to maintaining security and order, building solidarity and friendship with localities in the Kingdom of Cambodia... thereby contributing to promoting socio -economic development, maintaining national defense and local security.

“During the past term, the commune Fatherland Front has had many practical activities, closely connected with the lives of the people, making an important contribution to building the homeland to be more and more innovative and prosperous,” said Mr. Nguyen Van Binh - Chief of the Cao Dai inter-commune management board of Khanh An - Long Binh.

Continue to innovate

To continue effectively implementing the work of the Front in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Binh commune will continue to innovate its organizational structure, content and methods of operation; diversify forms of gathering and mobilizing the masses; promote the responsibility of member organizations; strengthen and expand the great national unity bloc.

Along with that, we need to pay attention to building a team of Front cadres with capacity, qualities, enthusiasm, creativity, and courage; daring to speak, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, good at mass mobilization, with the desire to contribute, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Binh Duong Commune Party Committee Thanh Phong said: "The Commune Party Committee acknowledges, highly appreciates and commends the efforts and results that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Commune and its member organizations have achieved in the past term, contributing to the successful implementation of the Commune Party Congress resolution, creating an important foundation for continued efforts in the next stage.

In the coming time, the Commune Fatherland Front needs to continue to promote its central role in solidarity, representation, and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the People, truly being the core force, closely linking the great solidarity bloc with the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and building an increasingly strong political system in the commune.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Phan Duy Bang also requested that Khanh Binh commune regularly closely follow, concretize and promptly implement the directions of the Central, the province and the Commune Party Committee, clearly demonstrating the spirit of the Front always accompanying the Party Committee and the government in all tasks. At the same time, continue to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Front in a proactive, flexible and creative direction.

“Regularly improve the organizational structure, enhance operational capacity; build a team of Front cadres who are steadfast, dedicated, closely connected to the People and have high prestige in the community. Each Front cadre must truly be a trusted friend of the People, a sustainable bridge of the great national unity bloc, always listening, understanding and accompanying the People,” Mr. Phan Duy Bang emphasized.
