Khanh Hoa is about to have 2,300 more social housing units in Hacom Ocean City.

Hacom Ocean City social housing project with 8 blocks and more than 2,300 apartments, is expected to provide accommodation for 5,600 people, creating momentum for urban and tourism development in the southern region of Khanh Hoa province and the entire South Central region.

On the morning of September 20, at the Binh Son - Ninh Chu coastal urban area (Dong Hai ward, Khanh Hoa province), Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company started the Hacom Ocean City social housing project. This is one of the important social security projects started to celebrate the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

This project has a total investment of 2,800 billion VND with a scale of 8 apartment blocks 20 floors high, a total of about 2,300 apartments, providing accommodation for more than 5,600 residents.

The apartments are designed in a modern, synchronous manner with technical infrastructure, green landscape and public facilities such as schools, parks, sports areas, and community living spaces. The project is expected to be completed and handed over on September 30, 2027.

Mr. Tran Phu Chien - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hacom Holdings - committed that the project will be implemented on schedule, ensuring quality according to national social housing standards, creating sustainable housing for people, and at the same time contributing to the realization of the target of 1 million social housing apartments set by the Government by 2030.

Mr. Le Huyen - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - said that this project not only solves the urgent need for housing for people but also creates momentum for urban development, promotes the real estate market and tourism services in the southern region of Khanh Hoa province in particular and the South Central region in general.

On the same morning, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also held the inauguration ceremony of two other key projects to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

That is the Song Than reservoir project with a capacity of more than 85 million cubic meters, a key project with a total investment of more than 1,000 billion VND from government bonds, central and local capital.

Song Than Lake provides stable production water for 4,500 hectares of cultivated land and domestic water for more than 20,000 households, while regulating water, serving the irrigation, production and domestic needs of many communes in the southern region of Khanh Hoa province to overcome and cope with annual drought.

Khanh Hoa province also inaugurated the project of connecting Ca Na general seaport with National Highway 1 and North-South Expressway with a length of more than 20km and a total investment of 689 billion VND.

This is a project of great significance to the development of Khanh Hoa province. The project helps connect to the economic zones of the Central Highlands in the future, helps transport and circulate goods, creating a driving force to promote the development of key economic zones in general.
