Rewarding 32 outstanding taxpayers

On September 11, Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department held a conference to reward taxpayers who have well implemented tax policies and laws in 2024 and disseminated and answered questions about tax policies.

Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department leaders awarded certificates of merit to outstanding enterprises.

At the conference, Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department commended and honored 32 enterprises, organizations and business households that have seriously and fully fulfilled their tax obligations for many consecutive years, pioneered in complying with legal policies, and actively contributed to the socio -economic development of the province and locality. This is not only a recognition of the State and the Tax Department, but also a testament to the prestige, brand and social responsibility of enterprises, organizations and business households.

Also at the conference, the representative of Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department disseminated Law 56/2024/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Tax Administration, Law on Personal Income Tax; Decree 117/2025/ND-CP of the Government regulating tax management for business activities on e-commerce platforms, digital platforms of business households and individuals; Circular 86/2024/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on tax registration; Law on Value Added Tax...

Quang Ninh Provincial Tax introduced applications to support taxpayers, such as: Electronic Tax Handbook, Zalo OA, Quang Ninh Provincial Tax fanpage; answered some questions, suggestions, and problems of people, organizations and business households.

Leaders of Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department and Provincial Business Association signed a coordination charter.

Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department has signed a coordination regulation for the period 2025-2030 with the Provincial Business Association. The two sides agreed to coordinate to promote propaganda and dissemination of tax laws, support tax policies, increase state budget revenue, discuss and resolve difficulties, and promote private economic development.
