Along with focusing on lowering the buffer water level in the system, irrigation construction companies also strengthen inspection of key sewer systems, low-lying areas, and canal systems in the area to proactively clear the flow and obstacles on the canals to ensure smooth drainage.

Companies operating flood control pumping stations are ready to operate against flooding when prolonged heavy rain occurs; and additional supplies are added to key culverts to prevent storm No. 10.
