Not granting Certificate of registration to establish public fund to Alamat Vietnam

Through information gathered, the State Securities Commission learned that there is currently a fake document of the State Securities Commission, defrauding investors (fake document No. 416/GCN-UBCK dated September 15, 2023).

The State Securities Commission affirms that the above document is forged. The State Securities Commission does not grant the Establishment and Operation License to the Fund Management Company, Alamat Vietnam Investment Fund Company Limited, and does not grant the Certificate of Registration for Establishing a Public Fund to Alamat Vietnam Investment Fund. The State Securities Commission will send a document to the Police to strictly handle the case in accordance with the law.

The list of fund management companies and securities investment funds licensed by the State Securities Commission is fully and promptly posted by the State Securities Commission on the State Securities Commission's website (ssc.gov.vn). Therefore, the State Securities Commission recommends that investors be cautious, check and compare information before trading.
