The inspection content is based on 4 criteria for building a "model, exemplary" VMTD unit. In particular, it focuses on the implementation of key tasks and breakthroughs that have been identified; the awareness of soldiers about the tasks and breakthroughs of the sectors, and the overcoming of weaknesses that the inspection team pointed out in the previous inspection.

Colonel Ta Minh Hung, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Air Defense - Air Force, disseminated the unit inspection content.

In 2025, Division 365 strictly maintained the regime and order, registered the system of documents, statistics, and training schedules in full accordance with regulations; actively and effectively implemented digital transformation and the "popular digital learning" movement. Party and political activities were maintained in order and of good quality; Party cell activity books and records of cadres and party members were correct and in accordance with regulations; did a good job of grasping, forecasting, and managing soldiers' ideology, regularly visited and encouraged soldiers with families in difficult circumstances and soldiers with poor health. Ensured good logistics - technical and financial work in missions.

Colonel Nguyen Huu Toan, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Air Defense - Air Force Service, and the working delegation inspected the CTĐ and CTCT documents.

Through the inspection, the Working Group acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Division on the 4 criteria for building an "exemplary, typical" VMTD unit in 2025, in which many tasks were completed excellently.

Promoting the achieved results with new determination and spirit, officers and soldiers of Division 365 will always be united, determined to successfully complete all assigned tasks, making many achievements to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Division's Traditional Day (June 21, 1966 / June 21, 2026).
