Inspect, examine, and strictly handle according to the provisions of law organizations and individuals that produce and trade ginseng varieties (seeds, seedlings) of unknown origin, ginseng roots and products processed from Ngoc Linh ginseng roots that have not been granted the right to use or violate the right to use the geographical indication "Ngoc Linh" and the certification trademark "Ngoc Linh Kon Tum Ginseng".

The police, market management, district People's Committee, Department of Science and Technology... have solutions and administrative measures in managing from input to output of Ngoc Linh Kon Tum ginseng products. Protect the reputation, quality and brand of Ngoc Linh Kon Tum ginseng, strengthen trust, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of Ngoc Linh Kon Tum ginseng producers and consumers.
