In Vinh Long, from early morning, a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, union members, students and people from all walks of life were present at the ceramic and flower street, joining in the excited footsteps.

The program was connected online to communes and wards in the whole province, so that the walking festival became a common event for all people. Thereby, spreading the message "One billion steps into the new era" was emphasized as a symbolic action, affirming the consensus towards a green - clean - sustainable future.
