Sharing the difficulties that people are facing, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang discussed and reviewed each petition, received the petition and assigned the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Public Security to issue a document requesting the Heads of Public Security of competent units and localities to resolve it, report to the Ministry's leaders and respond to citizens in accordance with legal regulations. For complaints and denunciations that are not under the responsibility of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang instructed citizens to send petitions to competent authorities for consideration and resolution in accordance with regulations. At the meeting, individuals with complaints and denunciations thanked Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang for taking the time to listen, guide and direct functional units in receiving, resolving and handling citizens' opinions in a timely and proper manner.
