Provincial People's Committee leaders inspected the reception of aid goods from the Indian Government for Tuyen Quang province.

Earlier in the early morning of September 16, the Indian Government used a special plane to send 35 tons of essential supplies to promptly support the Vietnamese people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3. The above goods were allocated to Tuyen Quang and Lang Son provinces.

The Indian government has provided Tuyen Quang province with a shipment of 1,500 water purifiers, 500 water tanks with valves, thousands of blankets, mosquito nets, solar-powered flashlights, water tanks and cooking utensils worth over 500,000 USD.

These are practical items that help Tuyen Quang province and people overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

At the reception, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen The Giang requested the Red Cross Society of Tuyen Quang province to coordinate and preside with agencies to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to bring goods to disaster areas as well as affected people; coordinate and allocate aid goods directly to each person, to the right subjects, to help people stabilize their lives and restore production after natural disasters.
