Periodic health check-ups for people in communes of Xin Man area

Xin Man Regional Medical Center cooperates with general hospitals in the province to implement a periodic health check-up program for people in the area including 2 border communes: Pa Vay Su and Xin Man; 4 inland communes: Nam Dan, Trung Thinh, Quang Nguyen and Khuon Lung.

The examination aims to screen, detect acute and chronic diseases, provide consultation, health care, and dispense free medicine, with special priority given to the elderly, people with revolutionary contributions, pregnant women, children, people with disabilities, poor households, and ethnic minorities. Along with medical examinations, the program promotes communication to raise awareness of disease prevention, environmental sanitation, reproductive health care, and food safety for the community.

According to the plan, the examination will be held in Xin Man commune from September 22-26, 2025; Pa Vay Su commune from October 13-16, 2025; the remaining inland communes are expected to carry out the examination in October and November 2025. The location will be at the Health Station, the commune People's Committee hall or the village, ensuring convenience for people to come for examination.

The program has the participation of the Provincial General Hospital, Ha Giang General Hospital, Xin Man Regional General Hospital, Na Chi Regional General Hospital, 313 Economic - Defense Group Infirmary, Xin Man Border Guard Station Military Medical Center and commune-level health care. At the same time, data is updated on the Electronic Health Record software and connected to the VneID software of each citizen.
