Vietnam women's team falls into a difficult group at the 2023 World Cup.
At the tournament held in New Zealand and Australia, coach Mai Duc Chung and his team are in group E with the US, the Netherlands and Portugal.
On July 22, the Vietnamese women's team will play their opening match against the US, on July 27 they will face Portugal and on August 1 they will compete with the Netherlands.
This is considered a very difficult group for Huynh Nhu and her teammates when they have to face very strong opponents, the US (current 2019 World Cup champion) and the Netherlands (2019 World Cup runner-up).
The Vietnamese women's team is currently in New Zealand to practice and prepare for the biggest women's football festival on the planet.
