Specifically, on September 23, the authorities inspected CMT Company Limited (Thang Dien Commune). Upon inspection, the business owner could not present invoices and documents proving the origin of more than 4,000 moon cakes, and had not provided self-declared product documents or invoices and documents proving the origin of raw materials. In addition, it was discovered that this unit was trading in more than 6,000 expired confectionery products.

On the same day, the police continued to inspect the MH cake production facility (Thang Dien commune) and discovered nearly 500 mixed moon cakes that had not self-declared their products according to regulations, and had invoices and documents proving the origin of the ingredients.

Next, on September 24, the Economic Police Department inspected the HS bakery facility (Thang Binh commune) and discovered nearly 5,000 finished baked moon cakes without declared product quality or invoices proving the origin of raw materials; at the same time, it discovered that the facility had violated regulations on wastewater treatment.

On September 25, the Economic Police Department inspected KAP Production-Trade-Service Company Limited (Ban Thach Ward) and discovered that this enterprise produced and traded nearly 500 mixed moon cakes but had not self-declared the products as prescribed, and had not provided invoices and documents proving the origin of the ingredients.
