A series of businesses in Hoa Binh owe huge tax debts, with one 'boss' owing up to 800 billion VND

According to data from the Hoa Binh Provincial Tax Department, as of September 30, 2024, there were 327 taxpayers in Hoa Binh province with the amount of tax, fines and late payment fees not yet paid to the state budget of more than VND 2,272 billion.

In the list of 327 taxpayers with tax arrears in the province, 322 taxpayers are enterprises, cooperatives, and production households; 1 taxpayer is a school and 4 taxpayers are individuals.

The public reason, according to the Hoa Binh Provincial Tax Department, is that the taxpayer has overdue tax debt of 90 days from the deadline for paying taxes and other revenues to the state budget but does not voluntarily comply.

Topping the list of tax arrears in Hoa Binh province is Hoang Mai Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company with tax arrears of nearly VND803 billion.

Ranked second on the list is Hoa Binh Petroleum Ecological Urban Joint Stock Company with a tax debt of nearly 742 billion VND. The next position is Kdc Project Development Company No. 3, No. 4 with a tax debt of over 400 billion VND.

Besides the companies with hundreds of billions of dong in tax debt, there are many enterprises with tens of billions of dong in tax debt. These include An Cuong Company Limited with a debt of more than 31 billion dong, Sao Vang Investment Development and Construction Joint Stock Company with a debt of more than 29 billion dong, Song Da Mechanical - Installation Joint Stock Company Branch 1 with a debt of more than 25 billion dong...

Meanwhile, there are companies that owe taxes of only 2 million VND, such as Vinh Hai Vietnam Investment and Trading Company Limited, Bong Klang Production, Trade and Service Company Limited, Sen Xanh Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, Seablue Edu Company Limited, Dieu Thom Group Company Limited...

At the bottom of the list is Hoang Phuong Construction and Trading Company Limited with a tax debt of just over 1 million VND.
