The art program "Immortal Stone Ramparts" of the Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater, scripted and directed by People's Artist Tran Binh, artistically directed by Meritorious Artist Quynh Trang, and hosted by MC Chien Thang.

With the theme “Paying tribute to soldiers with sounds”, the music night brought the audience back to the heroic memories but also full of sacrifice and loss of a time of bombs and bullets, when millions of ordinary people joined the fight for independence and freedom. They are the “immortal stone ramparts” – symbols of strength, solidarity and indomitable will, creating heroic pages of history of the nation.
Each melody and lyric in the music night will recreate the image of young soldiers in their twenties leaving without a return date; wounded soldiers leaving a part of their flesh and blood on the battlefield; mothers and wives silently enduring pain and loss...
Not just an art program, “Immortal Stone Rampart” is an opportunity for today’s generation to remember, respect and remind themselves to live up to the noble sacrifice of their fathers and brothers. Meritorious Artist Quynh Trang, Director of the Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater, said that the music night was elaborately staged with many touching and humane performances, expressing patriotism, national pride and the desire to preserve peace . The clear sounds and heroic spirit will be conveyed by the artists with all their emotions and respect.

Participating in this special art program, People's Artist Hong Hanh shared: "After more than 30 years of being involved in art and bringing songs to serve soldiers and people across the country, I always consider it a great honor. Although my current job as the head of the Army Music and Dance Theater is very busy, I still have a burning desire to fully dedicate my voice as an artist - soldier to art, expressing gratitude to the heroes who sacrificed for the Fatherland."
Expressing his pride and emotion at being part of the art program “Immortal Stone Ramparts”, singer Duc Tuan said: “I will perform two songs “Ta ra tran hom nay” and “Co nhung tuoi 20 nhu the”. During the practice, when I sang, I clearly felt the image of young soldiers in their twenties dedicating themselves to a great ideal and a strong belief in the day of victory”.

The program is an opportunity to express deep gratitude to the heroes who sacrificed their youth, happiness and their lives to protect the Fatherland, bringing about the precious peace and independence today. Music has a special power to touch the hearts of the audience, spreading the message of gratitude and arousing the responsibility to preserve and promote good traditions, building a strong, peaceful and developed Vietnam.
