Sharing with VietNamNet reporter, Dao said, the banquet here usually seats 10 people and uses a rotating table so that wedding guests can conveniently enjoy dishes according to their preferences.
In addition to some familiar dishes typical of Northern culinary culture such as sticky rice, steamed (or boiled) chicken, the wedding menu also has many seafood dishes such as squid rolls, steamed squid, boiled shrimp, stir-fried seafood vermicelli, and whole crabs.
Among them, she was impressed with the steamed crab with lots of fatty roe and the steamed squid with thick meat, which had a naturally sweet and aromatic taste.
“I have attended weddings in many places, both inside and outside Quang Ninh province.
However, in my personal opinion, the dishes in Quang Yen are still the best quality with fully prepared and fresh dishes," Dao said.

The young girl also commented that this feast may not be the most sumptuous, but it ensures quality from appearance to taste and portion, and at the same time shows the sincerity of the host in entertaining guests, exuding the unique characteristics of local culinary culture.
Interestingly, although the feast displayed many fresh and delicious seafood dishes, the most popular and "fastest selling" dish was stir-fried squash shoots with garlic.
This dish is simple but easy to eat, best enjoyed hot so it is usually prepared on the spot and served when guests are seated at the table.
Many netizens humorously said that perhaps due to the habit of eating seafood regularly, Quang Ninh people are not "keen" on these dishes on the tray.
