Besides the skillful martial arts performance of the Special Forces, the opening ceremony of the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024 will feature a dog training performance by the Border Guard.

45 officers, trainers and 115 service dogs of Border Guard Intermediate School 24 under the Border Guard Command were selected to perform and perform security tasks at the exhibition.

The flight formation was divided into two groups of 7 Su30-MK2 fighters and 7 Mi helicopters, each aircraft line was divided into two teams, the first team had 3 planes, the second team had 4 planes, departing from Kep airport, Bac Giang towards Hanoi.

In addition to flight demonstrations, the Air Defense - Air Force will display fighter jets, helicopters, air-to-air missiles, air defense, man-portable air defense, artillery systems, and air defense missiles at the exhibition.

The opening ceremony of the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024 will take place on the morning of December 19, with the participation of Party and State leaders and international guests. The exhibition will take place for 4 days (from December 19 to 22) at Gia Lam airport. In addition to general activities, the organizing committee will reserve a long time for people to visit the exhibition. As of November, 140 organizations from 27 countries have registered to participate with the Organizing Committee of the 2nd Vietnam International Defense Exhibition. Many countries such as China, Russia, the US, India, Israel, France, the UK, Spain... with large and modern defense industries have registered to participate in the exhibition. The exhibition area has a total area of ​​over 100,000m2 with an indoor display area of ​​15,000m2 and an outdoor area of ​​over 20,000m2. In 2022, the first Vietnam International Defense Exhibition received the attention, support and participation of a large number of management agencies and international and domestic delegates, with an indoor and outdoor exhibition scale of about 25,000m2; 175 participating companies from 31 countries; 6 national pavilions; 25,000 professional visitors; 300 domestic delegations; 52 international delegations.
