The all-new MINI Countryman launched in the Vietnamese market

Today (December 16), Thaco officially introduced the all-new third generation MINI Countryman to the Vietnamese market. The car is sold in Vietnam in two versions: Countryman C and Countryman S ALL4.

The latest generation of MINI Countryman is a comprehensive innovation in the characteristic minimalist design, digital technology, materials, operating engines and exclusive refinements that evoke the car's strong, free style. The all-new MINI Countryman has dimensions of length x width x height of 4,444 x 1,843 x 1,665 mm. Compared to the previous version, the car is 140 mm longer and 100 mm higher, giving it a more imposing appearance.

Since its rebranding in 2001, MINI has established itself as a luxury car brand with outstanding design innovations, while still maintaining the traditional features that have made the brand famous. Thanks to its continuous development and ability to grasp and create new trends, MINI has attracted a large number of loyal customers not only in Vietnam but also from all over the world .

The newly designed front bumper, the large octagonal radiator grille with two angular air vents at the bottom makes the front of the car more sturdy. The versatility and sturdiness of the MINI Countryman is also shown in the 202 mm ground clearance and the sturdy chassis system. This feature effectively supports the car to operate safely and comfortably on rough terrain. The notable highlight of the all-new MINI Countryman is the trapezoidal LED headlights with prominent LED borders, eye-catching main lights. The taillights also have a new design in the form of a slim, longer LED than the old version. To ensure the minimalism of the exterior, the door handle details are designed to be compact and hidden in the body.

The new MINI Countryman's interior has a youthful and modern feel.

The MINI Countryman C version uses 18-inch Asteroid wheels and the MINI Countryman S ALL4 version uses 20-inch Windmill Spoke 2-tone wheels. The interior of the all-new MINI Countryman is spacious and comfortable for five adults. The front seats in the MINI Countryman C version are equipped with Vescin leather with fabric trim as standard. In the high-end MINI Countryman S ALL4 version, the front seats are equipped with sports seats similar to those on the famous MINI John Cooper Works high-performance car. In all versions, the rear seats can be adjusted to recline with an angle of up to 12 degrees. In addition, the rear seats can also move up and down 13 cm to create comfortable legroom for passengers. The central highlight of the interior space is the 240mm diameter, round, frameless OLED screen. The high-quality glass surface helps to clearly display entertainment, operation and vehicle control information. All controls from the interior lighting, sound and display of the car are through the touch system on the screen or through the voice control feature. In addition, users can also control the above features with the all-new MINI Toggle Bar. The car is also equipped with the MINI HUD head-up display system as standard for both versions, this feature will display necessary information to help the driver easily recognize and fully concentrate on driving.

In Vietnam, the MINI Countryman C uses a 154 horsepower engine, accelerating from 0 - 100km/h in 8.3 seconds. The Countryman S ALL4 version has a more powerful 201 horsepower engine, accelerating from 0 - 100km/h in just 7.1 seconds. The ALL4 four-wheel drive system in the MINI Countryman S ALL4 version also brings a clear increase in traction, safety and vehicle stability when operating. The chassis system of the all-new MINI Countryman is also designed to provide precision when controlling, with a pure go-kart driving feeling. The all-new MINI Countryman creates "precision in vehicle control". This means that components from the axle, steering, shock absorbers to the cruise control system are coordinated to create a good experience on every journey.
