Invitation to participate in the Vietnam Tourism Promotion Program in China in 2025

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has just issued Document No. 2215/CDLQGVN-HTQT&XTDL inviting the Department of Tourism, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Tourism Promotion Center; Airlines, travel agencies, transportation, hotels, and entertainment areas to participate in the Program to introduce Vietnam tourism and connect businesses in Beijing, Chongqing, and Chengdu (China).

Accordingly, implementing the 2025 Tourism Promotion Plan, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to implement the Vietnam Tourism Introduction Program, connecting businesses in the Chinese market. Specific information is as follows:

- Time: from October 19 to 28, 2025.

- Location: in Beijing, Chongqing, Chengdu (China ).

- Expected program: attached.

This is an opportunity for the Vietnam National Tourism Administration, localities and businesses to introduce and update policies, destinations and tourism products; connect and establish business cooperation relationships, attract Chinese tourists to travel to Vietnam and vice versa. The Vietnam National Tourism Administration respectfully announces and invites localities, tourism management departments, tourism promotion centers and businesses to register to participate and sponsor gifts (service vouchers, products...) for the lucky draw program within the framework of the Vietnam tourism introduction program, connecting businesses in China.

Participating units have the following rights and obligations:

- Benefits: Participate in the program, meet and exchange business cooperation opportunities with Chinese tourism businesses.

- Obligations: Prepare work content, introduce products and services; Assign the right participants to the event; Arrange travel, food, accommodation, visa and other personal expenses.

To ensure the quality and effectiveness of the Program, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism requests localities and businesses to register to participate and submit written registration. before October 4, 2025 (Registration form attached).
