17 schools recruiting for the position of Vice Principal include: My Dinh 2 Secondary School; Phu Do Secondary School; Trung Van Secondary School; Dai Mo Secondary School; Nguyen Quy Duc Secondary School; Xuan Phuong Secondary School; Cau Dien Secondary School; Nguyen Du Secondary School; Phu Do Primary School; Me Tri Primary School; Nguyen Quy Duc Primary School; Xuan Phuong Primary School; Cau Dien Primary School; Phu Do Kindergarten; My Dinh 1 Kindergarten.

The recruitment exam for the positions of Vice Principal and Principal of schools has been implemented in a number of districts in Hanoi.

In addition to the standards and conditions for the exam that meet the regulations, to be selected for the position of Vice Principal, candidates will have to take a written exam and present their project to the council.

The written test content is about general knowledge of the industry, field of recruitment, responsibilities, tasks, and powers of the recruitment position.

In the project presentation, the candidate will evaluate the current situation, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the unit using the selected title and point out the causes, forecast the development trend as well as propose plans and solutions for development. The candidate will also have to answer additional questions from the Selection Council.
