Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 (HPU2) has just announced the methods of regular university admission in 2025.

Accordingly, in 2025, the school will enroll students according to 6 admission methods, an increase of 1 method compared to 2024.

Specifically, according to the announcement, 2025 will be the first year that Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 will organize its own entrance exam and use the school's own exam results for university admission.

The remaining five methods include considering the results of the high school graduation exam, considering the results of the academic transcript; direct admission and priority for direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training ; admission based on the results of the capacity assessment exam of Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University, admission using the results of the capacity assessment exam of Hanoi National University of Education and the specialized assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University of Education.

For specialized pedagogical training majors such as preschool education , physical education, and sports management, the above methods are used, but in the admission combinations, the results of aptitude tests organized by the school are used.

Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 does not use aptitude test results organized by other universities.

Currently, there are more than 10 units and universities nationwide that organize their own entrance exams, in which the capacity assessment exams of Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University and the thinking assessment exam of Hanoi University of Science and Technology attract many candidates and many universities use the exam results for admission.

7. Competency assessment exam of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.

8. Assessment exam of Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

9. TestAS proficiency assessment test of Vietnam-Germany University.

10. Saigon University Entrance Exam.

In addition, Cuu Long University also organizes its own entrance exam to serve the admission of students in the fields of pharmacy, nursing, and medical laboratory technology; Binh Duong University also organizes an entrance exam.
