Nam Dinh awards 2,000 scholarships to students overcoming difficulties

According to Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province Tran Le Doai, in recent years, Nam Dinh has always been a leading province in the movement to encourage learning and talent. Up to now, the Association for Encouragement of Learning has been established from the province to communes, wards and towns; many models of encouraging learning and talent of the province have been effective, attracting many classes of people to participate such as: families encouraging learning, clans encouraging learning, residential areas encouraging learning, adding strength, helping many students with difficult circumstances to strive to study well and continue to go to school.

The study encouragement movement has contributed to making Nam Dinh education always in the top of the country in terms of education quality, university admission rate, high school graduation exam scores; many students achieved high prizes in national, regional and international excellent student competitions.

In 2023, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education launched the movement "Learning Never Ends", scholarships have profound humanistic significance in the movement to build a learning society, lifelong learning according to Ho Chi Minh's Thought and the Party and State's policies to encourage and honor individual workers and students to continue to strive on the path of conquering knowledge, spreading positive energy from the example of self-study and self-training to their families and society.

At the ceremony, 1,000 "Learning Never Ends" scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, were awarded directly to outstanding self-study workers, students who have overcome difficulties and studied well; the remaining 1,000 scholarships will be awarded in districts and cities in the coming time.
