Improving the quality of activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Center for Training and Scientific Research

The scientific project consists of 3 chapters: Chapter 1: Political , legal and practical basis. Chapter 2: Current status of organization and operation of the Center for training cadres and scientific research from 2013 to 2022. Chapter 3: Viewpoints, goals, solutions to improve the organization and improve the quality of operations of the Center for training cadres and scientific research.

At the acceptance conference, the acceptance council said that the ministerial-level scientific research project "Solutions to improve the organization and improve the quality of activities of the Center for training cadres and scientific research" of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has clarified the theoretical, legal and practical basis for the role and tasks of improving the organization as well as improving the quality of training activities for Front cadres and improving the quality of scientific research activities. From there, proposals and recommendations were made to the agencies of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and to relevant departments, ministries, branches and localities.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman Nguyen Huu Dung highly appreciated the project's Steering Committee for making the right choice, which was very relevant to the issue. The Front's staff, when working for the Front, have never been through any training courses. However, to meet the increasing demands of the Front's work, the staff must meet the qualifications, expertise, and professional skills. Therefore, the project has systematized the Party's viewpoints and guidelines, the State's policies and laws on the position and role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new situation, on the organization and operation of public service units, cadre training, scientific research and traditional education . The project analyzes in depth the characteristics of the full-time Front staff and the issues raised for the training of Front staff; the orientation of activities and the issues raised for the scientific research work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee. The project also comprehensively assessed the current situation of the organization and operation of the Center. Thereby, it assessed the advantages, limitations, and causes to propose solutions to overcome them. At the conference, the Acceptance Council evaluated the Project as excellent.
