Raising legal awareness of religion

On the morning of September 30, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Thai Nguyen province held a conference to propagate and disseminate laws on beliefs and religions to more than 150 Buddhist dignitaries, officials and followers in the province.

Reporter of the Department of Internal Security, Thai Nguyen Provincial Police disseminated the State's viewpoints, policies and laws on beliefs and religions.

At the conference, delegates listened to the reporter present the key contents, including: Viewpoints, guidelines, policies, and laws of the Party and State on beliefs and religions; Law on Beliefs and Religions and Decree No. 95/2023/ND-CP dated December 29, 2023 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Beliefs and Religions... In addition, the conference also spent time answering questions and clarifying issues arising during the implementation process.

Through the contents of the conference, it aims to contribute to raising awareness and responsibility of dignitaries and monks in mobilizing followers to live a "good life, good religion", and practice religious activities in accordance with the law; at the same time, contributing to preventing and fighting against false arguments and taking advantage of religion to violate the law.
