For over 30 years, Ms. Quach Thi Ut and her husband have always worked together to build a home.
Ms. Ut is much younger than her 57 years old, with a nimble and healthy figure, a bright smile, and a friendly and convincing way of speaking. Ms. Ut is currently the Deputy Head of Area 2, Head of the Red Cross Association, Head of the Women's Group 1-2-3, Head of the Residential Group 2, and a member of the Party Committee of Cell 1, the Party Committee of Area 2... Her work involves regularly contacting and answering questions from the people, so she is always conscious of learning and improving her knowledge. Every time her superiors launch a movement, Ms. Ut propagates it, and is enthusiastically supported by the people, contributing to making the area a bright spot in activities in the ward. With her thoughtfulness, meticulousness, ability to listen and accept feedback, Ms. Ut always strives to complete her work to the best of her ability, and is recognized with many certificates of merit at all levels...
In 2013, when the economy was stable, Ms. Ut participated in local work. Being close to the locality, Ms. Ut understood the circumstances of each person and found ways to promptly support those in difficult circumstances. Many people considered her a reliable support, and when they had any problems, they came to her for advice and sharing... During the complicated COVID-19 pandemic, she mobilized many practical gifts for people, actively working on the front line with the locality to prevent and fight the epidemic. In recent years, she has encouraged women's association members to work hard, develop the economy, and work together to build a civilized urban lifestyle, preserve the landscape, environment, and clean roads. Participating in the Party cell committee, for many years, Ms. Ut has been a Party member who has excellently completed her tasks, and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the City Party Committee for being a typical example in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in 2022... Ms. Ut confided: "Social work requires dedication and love. Although it is hard, helping people makes me feel happier."
Not only enthusiastic in all fields of work, Ms. Ut also built an exemplary and peaceful family with her gentle husband, a retired soldier. In 1994, Ms. Ut married Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thanh and has lived in Binh Thuy ward until now. After more than 30 years together, their marriage is truly "sharing the sweet and the bitter". Ms. Ut's secret to building a happy family is very simple: always respecting each other in their behavior... There were times when the economy was difficult, her husband was sick, Ms. Ut tried hard to do many jobs to earn extra income, take care of everything inside and out, and raise obedient children with her husband, who were loved by the neighbors.
The small, pretty house nestled under the green trees in Binh Thuy ward is the home of Ms. Ut and her husband. There, not only is there love and responsibility, but the family members are also a source of spiritual encouragement, supporting each other on every step of life. Every early morning, Ms. Ut goes to the market to prepare hot meals for her relatives, then immerses herself in nameless work, which according to her is "extremely meaningful". Because the effort she puts in brings many benefits, especially seeing women progress, neighbors unite and get along...
Currently, as the Head of the Women's Arts and Dance Club in the area, Ms. Ut has effectively launched the movement, helping women improve their spiritual life, and stay happy and healthy. Ms. Ut confided: "Thanks to my family's support, I can work with peace of mind. In return, I try to arrange my work so as not to affect my family. With the love of the people, I will try to work better."
