Exposed carbon fiber exterior details and a fully integrated composite widebody system seamlessly integrated into the S650 chassis provide a modern and aggressive look. RTR’s engineering and design teams have also achieved a lower ride height, improving handling and stance without compromising suspension articulation.”

Inside, the car is equipped with Recaro sport seats, RTR tactical performance suspension with exclusive 30-way adjustable front coil springs and rear dampers, height-adjustable springs and adjustable front and rear stabilizer bars.

There's also a sound courtesy of the RTR's Borla Cat-Back active exhaust system, which was tuned by Vaughn Gittin Jr. to "deliver a unique aural experience that matches the Spec 5's performance and presence." The design has also been upgraded with an RTR upper grille with integrated LED lighting and a large trunk lid spoiler, among other details.

Meanwhile, the new graphics package combines translucent stripes and extended Speedblock Rocker graphics inspired by the Mustang RTR Spec 5-FD cars, which have dominated Formula Drift for the last three consecutive championships.

Additionally, the car is equipped with the RTR Extended color palette, premium tones will cost an additional $7,500, the option of sample paint around $15,000, along with Mystichrome or Urban Bamboozle color gradient paint, and a set of all-new 20-inch RTR Aero 5 Evo forged wheels, in Forged Charcoal, Podium Champagne or Vapor Silver colors.

The car is equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires measuring 305/30 on the 20-inch front wheels and 315/30 on the 20-inch rear wheels, along with Brembo 6-piston front and 4-piston rear brake calipers combined with upgraded 2-piece front brake discs.

The performance bits aren't just for show, as under the hood is a supercharged 5.0-liter Coyote V8 that produces over 870 horsepower and 660 lb-ft of torque. By the way, you can get the RTR Spec 5 with a ten-speed automatic transmission or a six-speed manual if you prefer the old-school way.
