The program "Military-Civilian Cultural Festival" is an activity in a series of events of important and practical significance to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day, along with activities such as: Mass art festival "Singing about soldiers", painting exhibition with the theme "Vietnam People's Army 80 years of building, fighting and growing"; exchange and competition of sports ...

The performance "Echoes of Lo River" by the Provincial Military Command's Mass Art Troupe performed at the festival.

The series of activities also aims to propagate and educate cadres and soldiers of the provincial armed forces and people, especially the young generation, about national traditions, pride, revolutionary ideals, patriotic traditions, gratitude to heroes who fought bravely for independence, freedom, peace and national reunification, and about the glorious traditions of the Vietnam People's Army.

Previously, on December 19, as part of the series of activities of the Military-Civilian Cultural Festival, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also coordinated with the Provincial Military Command to organize a sports exchange and the Mass Art Festival "Singing about soldiers".

The performance "Far Away" by the Chiem Hoa troupe won the award for best performance at the festival.

The festival has the participation of 8 mass art troupes from districts, cities, the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Police. The units participate in a comprehensive song - dance - music program, lasting 25 minutes/unit.

Many people participated in bamboo dance at the festival.

The performances at the Festival focused on praising the Party, great Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, Vietnam's seas and islands, praising the heroic fighting tradition of the nation, honoring soldiers of the Vietnam People's Army, and the achievements of the Vietnam People's Army in the period of innovation and integration.

The organizing committee awarded prizes to the teams with excellent performance at the festival.

At the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 22 excellent performances and 22 good performances. The excellent prize for the entire group went to the Mass Art Troupe of the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Police, Ham Yen district and Chiem Hoa district; the good prize for the entire group went to the Mass Art Troupe of Na Hang district, Lam Binh district, Yen Son district and Tuyen Quang city.

At the Military-Civilian Cultural Festival, there were 11 excellent performances at the Mass Arts Festival "Singing about soldiers" that were performed at the festival.
