Tomorrow (September 22), the National Assembly Standing Committee will continue the third session of the 49th meeting to consider many important contents, including personnel work.

Continuing the 49th session, starting from September 22, the National Assembly Standing Committee will hold the 3rd session, giving opinions on many important contents.

The third session will take place from September 22 to 23, on the afternoon of September 25 and 26, and on the morning of September 29. In this third session, the National Assembly Standing Committee plans to review and comment on 27 contents. Along with that, it will give written comments on many other contents.

Tomorrow morning (September 22), the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the draft Law on E-commerce - a project presented by the Minister of Industry and Trade and examined by the Economic and Financial Committee.

Then give opinions on the allocation of estimates and plans for central budget capital investment from the increased central budget revenue source in 2022; adjust the 2025 estimates among ministries, central and local agencies; adjust the 2025 estimates to suit the organizational structure of ministries, central and local agencies after the rearrangement.

Next, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft Law on Thrift Practice and Waste Prevention on the basis of comprehensively amending the Law on Practicing Thrift and Waste Prevention.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft Law on Deposit Insurance (amended).

Comment on reports of the Government, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuracy on the implementation of the Constitution, laws, resolutions of the National Assembly, ordinances, and resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Comments on the President and Government's 2021-2026 term summary reports were also considered at this session.

Notably, in the late afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider personnel work.

On September 23, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft Law on Cyber ​​Security on the basis of comprehensively amending the Law on Cyber ​​Security and the Law on Network Information Security into one law.

The project was presented by the Ministry of Public Security and reported for review by the Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs.

At the meeting, opinions were given on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; the draft Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.

At this 49th session, the National Assembly Standing Committee also considered the draft Law on Planning (amended); reviewed the planned audit plan for 2026, the 2025 work report and the State Audit's term work report.

Comments on amending the financial management mechanism and specific income of the State Audit.

On September 26, the National Assembly Standing Committee spent most of its time considering the election of deputies for the new term.

This will include considering and approving resolutions on organizing voters' conferences; negotiating and introducing candidates; approving resolutions on promulgating model working regulations of provincial and municipal People's Councils; and resolutions on promulgating model working regulations of commune, ward and special zone People's Councils.
