In order to prepare for the Con Dao Special Zone government to operate smoothly and without interruption, in recent days, all equipment, machinery, and internet connections of the Con Dao Special Zone Public Administration Service Center have been installed.

Along with that, the government focuses on selecting qualified and competent officials and civil servants to work at the Public Administration Center, in order to best serve the needs of people and businesses.

The Con Dao Special Zone Public Administration Service Center is located at the Reception and Results Department of Con Dao District (old), No. 28, Ton Duc Thang, Con Dao Special Zone, Ho Chi Minh City.

This morning, many people came to the center to carry out administrative procedures. According to records, all processes from reception, guidance, and receiving documents here took place quickly and conveniently for the people.

On the morning of July 1, the Party Committee of Phuoc Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City organized meetings of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee and Public Administration Service Center; to put the new local government model into operation smoothly, without interruption, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.

Phuoc Thang Ward Public Administration Center arranged 10 staff to serve the people, arranged modern equipment, arranged and guided new procedures for the people, ensuring smooth and effective operation on the first day.

Although the center's working hours start at 7:30, from 7:00, the ward's staff and workers were present, ready for the first special working day after the arrangement and merger.

From early morning on July 1, the team of cadres and civil servants of Lai Thieu ward were present at the ward People's Committee headquarters to start a serious and responsible working day.

Meanwhile, in Thuan An ward , the working atmosphere at the Public Administration Service Center is orderly, urgent and methodical. Officials and civil servants operate and apply information technology to resolve administrative procedures for people smoothly and quickly.

People and businesses mainly come to do procedures related to justice - civil status, land-related procedures, certification... The number of files processed has increased compared to the days of trial operation.

Thanks to previous training and trial operations, the team of professional staff quickly caught up with new tasks, ensuring that administrative procedures were seamless and smooth.

At Bau Bang Commune Administrative Service Center, from early morning, officials and civil servants were present to stabilize the organization, arrange the workplace and welcome people to do procedures.

Despite many changes in management model and administrative name, the working atmosphere is still smooth and orderly. Commune officials show a spirit of readiness to adapt to the new apparatus.

The representative of the Bau Bang Commune Public Administration Service Center said that the locality determined that this was an important time to create trust for the people. Although the first day of operation still encountered certain difficulties, from the beginning, the commune proactively reviewed the tasks, ensuring stable and smooth reception and settlement of administrative procedures to best serve the people.
