Due to the impact of Storm No. 3, from September 7th until now, the province has had heavy rain, some places have had very heavy rain, floods from upstream have poured in, causing the water level of rivers in the province to rise rapidly, causing flooding in many localities. In Ha Hoa district, up to this point, the left and right dykes of Thao river in the district have overflowed at many points, causing Ha Hoa town and many communes to be submerged in water, traffic is cut off, and thousands of households have had to evacuate.
