Heavy rain lasting for many hours caused many central streets of Da Nang City to be submerged in water, some areas in Hoa Khanh ward were deeply flooded, making it difficult for people to move around.

Recorded at Me Suot Street (Hoa Khanh Ward), water surrounded the entire residential area of ​​Group 36 and 37. Because it is located in a low-lying area, after only a few hours of heavy rain, water flooded into the porches of households.

Some residents said that since the evening of September 26, seeing the heavy rain, many families have proactively moved their belongings and raised their furniture to ensure safety.
