As of February 20, Ninh Binh province has 8 leaders under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee who wish to retire early; 14 cadres and experts from the Party and mass organizations wish to retire early from March 1, 2025 according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP, dated December 31, 2024 of the Government . Of which, 11 are leaders of departments and offices; 3 are experts and employees.

The leaders, cadres, specialists and employees who applied for early retirement are all capable, experienced, dedicated and responsible people for the common work. Proactively writing applications for early retirement will create favorable conditions for the arrangement and organization of the agencies to be streamlined in accordance with the direction of the Party Central Committee and the Politburo on the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus.
