The project was approved by the City People's Committee for its economic and technical report at the end of December 2023 and will be completed in 2024. The investment in the project will contribute to creating more highlights for the city in the city's new development journey, while creating a driving force for socio-economic development, contributing to improving the quality of life for the people".

The project will invest in upgrading and renovating the infrastructure around Ha Tinh market within the scope of 3 routes: Ngo Duc Ke, Ha Ton Muc, Nguyen Chi Thanh. The starting point of the project is at the intersection of Ngo Duc Ke and Dang Dung streets; the end point is at the intersection of Nguyen Chi Thanh and Dang Dung streets.

The roads will have their sidewalk structures adjusted, lanes and parking spots arranged; sidewalks and green tree systems arranged appropriately. At the same time, traffic safety works (paint lines, signs...) will be arranged according to national technical regulations on road signs QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT. In particular, the drainage system will be upgraded, the longitudinal sewer system with an aperture of BxH=1x(1.0x1.0)m will be renewed from the beginning of the route to the cross-culvert of Ha Ton Muc Street and from the end of the route to So Ruou Bridge; the lighting system will be upgraded to be modern, suitable for aesthetics... The project will be allocated from the city budget according to the annual plan and mobilized from other legal sources; implemented from 2023 - 2024.
