The 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 is an important milestone, opening a new development path for the revolutionary homeland of Tuyen Quang. The success of the Congress is not only reflected in strategic decisions, clear goals and breakthroughs, but also in the spread of trust and deep consensus among cadres, party members and people.

Closely following the developments of the Congress, Party members and people from urban to rural areas were excited to say that the first Provincial Party Congress after the merger had many innovations, the atmosphere of the Congress was solemn and democratic.

The discussion of delegates in the groups was lively, the presentations were carefully and elaborately prepared, and many high-quality and feasible solutions were advised to implement breakthrough areas and key tasks of the new term. The political report presented to the Congress objectively and comprehensively assessed the results of leadership in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, as well as the limitations and causes of the limitations.

The Congress Resolution has established clear goals, 3 breakthroughs, 5 key tasks, 8 main solutions considered as a "lever system" to gradually turn the province into a fairly developed, comprehensive and sustainable province with high average income by 2030.

In particular, the three breakthroughs identified in the resolution received high consensus from cadres, party members and people because they are expected to open up and promote the potential and strengths of the province after the merger, while meeting the development requirements in the new era of the country.

Following the Congress and studying the Congress Resolution, comrade Hoang Van Xoan, Secretary of the Party Cell of Tan Lap Village, Tan Trao Commune, excitedly expressed: "The Congress Resolution identifies 18 targets by 2030 with 4 groups of targets on economy , society, environment, Party building and political system that are very specific, close to the actual conditions of the province.

The province has closely followed the resolutions of the Central Executive Committee and the Politburo, especially the newly issued resolutions, to concretize them into groups of targets. I am very pleased that the targets on the human development index are focused on and included in the resolution. I hope that these targets will soon be deployed by the Party committees and authorities into action programs and implementation plans."

Commenting on the innovations of this Congress, comrade Mai Van Cau, Party cell secretary and principal of Xin Man Primary School, said: This Congress was divided into 4 groups for discussion, the discussion atmosphere was very lively, focusing on solutions to effectively implement the 3 breakthroughs set out by the Congress. Therefore, the solutions were very focused, identifying key tasks that need to be carried out in each field. Therefore, through discussions in the groups, it was affirmed that this is a Congress of intelligence, courage and aspiration to break through and rise up.

At the border of the Fatherland, during the Congress days, the youth of Thang Mo commune closely followed the Congress developments on the provincial media and the social media platforms of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television. The youth of Thang Mo commune believed and had great expectations for the breakthroughs of the new term after the successful Provincial Party Congress.

Comrade Giang Mi Lua, Secretary of the Thang Mo Commune Youth Union, shared: “I believe in the hearts and minds of the comrades appointed by the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat to the Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Inspection Committee for the first term. I also hope that in the 2025-2030 term, under the leadership of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the new Provincial Party Standing Committee, the lives of the people from urban to rural areas, mountainous and border areas will be comprehensively cared for with strong changes.”

At Tuyen Quang Mechanical Joint Stock Company, the spirit of the 1st Provincial Party Congress spread to every employee. From the head of the enterprise to the workers, everyone was excited and confident in the decisions made at the Congress.

Comrade Pham Xuan Huong, Party Cell Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Director of the Company shared: “I expect that in the new term, the province's administrative reform and the business investment environment will have even stronger changes when building institutions according to authority to promote economic and social development; improving the governance capacity of local governments at two levels; promoting the development of science and technology and digital transformation is identified as one of the breakthroughs”.

The echoes of the spirit of innovation and determination to break through of the 1st Provincial Party Congress are still spreading strongly. Trust and consensus are the solid foundation for the goals, solutions and key tasks to soon come into life. With the aspiration to rise up, the spirit of solidarity and the joint efforts and consensus of cadres, party members and people, Tuyen Quang will certainly turn expectations into reality, gradually affirming its position as a fairly developed, comprehensive and sustainable province, moving towards prosperity and happiness.
