Efforts to find and return iPhone to foreign tourist

On the evening of August 19, Lang Biang Ward Police - Da Lat successfully tracked down and witnessed the return of an iPhone 12 Pro that was lost by a Japanese tourist in the area.

Previously, in the late afternoon of August 19, while traveling on Dan Kia Street, Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat, Mr. Horonori Tsuchiya (81 years old, from Tokyo, Japan) accidentally dropped his iPhone 12 Pro.

Mr. Tsuchiya came to Da Lat to enjoy a vacation exploring the natural beauty and unique culture of the land of thousands of flowers. The phone is not only a means of communication but also holds many important images, memories and personal data, making him extremely worried when he discovered it was lost.

Upon receiving the report, Lang Biang Ward Police - Da Lat quickly took action, organized verification and search. After about 2 hours of tracing, the police identified and narrowed down the location of the lost phone. The person who picked up the phone lives on Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, and is also trying to contact the owner to return it.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Giang, Head of Lang Biang Ward Police - Da Lat said, we have witnessed the return of the phone to the person who dropped it, both sides were very happy. This action not only helps tourists quickly find lost property but also contributes to building the image of Da Lat as a safe and friendly destination for international friends.

It is known that in recent times, many similar cases of lost property in Da Lat have been returned to their owners by the finders, from wallets to electronic devices.
