In the 2025-2030 term, the 726 Farm Trade Union determined a breakthrough. Improve the quality and productivity of orchards, increase income, living standards and welfare for workers; promote the quality of management and effective use of union legal bookshelves, improve the quality of legal education and dissemination work, and legal knowledge for workers.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Vu Van Dinh, Deputy Political Commissar of Army Corps 16, praised the outstanding achievements of the 726 Farm Union in recent times. At the same time, he requested the new term's Union Executive Committee to regularly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers to propose to the Party Committee and the Farm Board of Directors to ensure good policies and regimes for workers; continue to have many innovations and creativity in propaganda, mobilizing union members and workers, organizing practical and effective emulation movements, creating a widespread impact in the unit.
