People's Artist Le Khanh as judge, Miss Vietnam Tourism Global received a car worth 3.5 billion VND

The Miss Tourism Vietnam Global contest has just officially returned after 2 years. The contest was held for the first time in 2021-2022 with the mission of promoting Vietnamese tourism and culture.

The jury of Miss Tourism Vietnam Global 2024 includes famous names such as: People's Artist Le Khanh, Designer Ngo Nhat Huy, supermodel Xuan Lan, Miss Phuong Khanh, Diem Huong, Lai Huong Thao, Huong Giang... People's Artist Le Khanh takes on the role of Head of the jury.

At the event, People's Artist Le Khanh said that in the past, she had almost two parallel careers, working in art and judging beauty and modeling contests at home and abroad. Later, due to being busy and working in the film industry, she gradually withdrew, and now she has returned to the role of judge.

This year's competition rounds still maintain the same structure as last year, the final results include one beauty queen and two runners-up, along with many secondary awards such as: Ao Dai Beauty, Evening Gown Beauty, Community Beauty, Sea Beauty, Lovely Face Beauty, Fashion Beauty, Talented Beauty, Sports Beauty, Most Favorite Beauty...

This year, the new Miss and 2 runners-up of Miss Tourism Vietnam Global will represent Vietnam in international competitions such as Miss Globe, Miss Tourism World and a competition in the top 6 of the world .

The first runner-up will receive a prize worth 300 million VND, the second runner-up will receive a prize worth 200 million VND. The new beauty queen will not receive a cash prize but a car worth about 3.5 billion VND.

The national preliminary round begins in July 2024. Contestants must be female Vietnamese citizens worldwide aged 18-28, unmarried, registered for marriage or have children, 1.65m or taller and have graduated from high school. The contest does not prohibit contestants from having had cosmetic surgery.

Most of the official activities and semi-finals and finals will be held in Hai Phong city. The semi-finals and finals will take place on September 14 and September 21, 2024, respectively.

In 2021, the contest took place for the first time in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan, and found the following titles: Miss Ly Kim Thao, 1st runner-up Tran Tuyet Mai and 2nd runner-up Tran Thu Ha. After being crowned, Ly Kim Thao was chosen as Ambassador to promote the image of Phu Tho province's tourism, Ambassador of the Red Flamboyant Festival and soon to be Tourism Ambassador of Bac Lieu province.
