NTO - Conference to review detailed outline of the economic thematic report

At the conference, delegates had many comments such as: need to demonstrate the comprehensiveness, comprehensiveness, and focus on the congress's motto and theme; should build a detailed, concise, and focused outline, thereby calculating and balancing the selection of the appropriate number of documents to avoid overlapping and duplication of results achieved between sectors; assessment of economic indicators needs to show extensive results in many fields, especially indicators on digital economy, marine economy, urban economy, green agricultural development; need to have a section to clarify lessons learned and increase the collection of opinions and contributions from departments, sectors, and localities on the detailed outline to enhance the responsibility of departments, sectors, etc.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee highly appreciated the meticulous and thoughtful preparation of the content by the Department of Planning and Investment and the drafting agency, as well as the comprehensive and profound comments of former provincial leaders, experts, and the Advisory Council. In order for the detailed outline of the socio-economic report to serve the 15th Provincial Party Congress to be comprehensive, scientific , substantive, and objective, he requested the Department of Planning and Investment and the drafting agency to study, select, and fully absorb the comments to supplement the report to ensure the detailed outline. The outline needs to reflect the results and achievements in all socio-economic fields during the term. In addition to closely following the documents, it is necessary to closely follow the specialized resolutions and newly issued resolutions of the Central Government related to the development of the province in the past time and related to the organization, implementation and deployment in the province.
