On December 23, Ward 1 Police, Bao Loc City, Lam Dong, coordinated with individuals, units, and organizations to return property to Ms. PTL (residing in Loc Phat Ward, Bao Loc City).

According to information from the authorities, Ms. Le Thi Kim Ngan (40 years old, residing in Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province) is a trader at Bao Loc trade fair (Hoang Van Thu street, Bao Loc city).

The authorities later identified the owner of the handbag as Ms. PTL, so they contacted her and returned the property.
