At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Deputy Director of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies announced the decision of the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies on the temporary appointment of Mr. Hoang Thanh Lan - Head of Planning and Operations Department of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies highly appreciated Mr. Hoang Thanh Lan's capacity when he had gone through many positions, excellently completed his tasks, and made many contributions to the development of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch in providing preferential capital to poor households, investment policies for economic development, ensuring social security, promoting the implementation of the task of building new rural areas, and sustainable poverty reduction in the province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan said that in order for the Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch to develop further, the Board of Directors needs to quickly assign tasks, unite, and help Mr. Hoang Thanh Lan to successfully complete the assigned tasks. The collective staff of the Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch needs to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, continue to advise the Provincial People's Committee on implementing preferential credit in conjunction with the policies, programs, plans, and tasks of socio-economic development of the province.

Mr. Lan said that he is aware of his role in the new position; committed to continuously learn, cultivate, and improve his professional qualifications, together with the Party Committee, Board of Directors, and Board of Representatives of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Quang Nam branch to unite, unify, innovate, and be creative in directing, operating, and effectively implementing policy credit in the province.
