(GLO)- On the morning of July 12, at the Provincial Conference Center (Quy Nhon Ward), the Civil Judgment Enforcement Management Department (Ministry of Justice) held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Gia Lai province, on the basis of merging the Civil Judgment Enforcement Departments of Gia Lai and Binh Dinh provinces.

Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Director of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management Department Tran Thi Phuong Hoa; representatives of leaders of departments, branches and officers and civil servants in the industry.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Ministry of Justice announced and presented the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hong - former Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Binh Dinh province to hold the position of Chief of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Gia Lai province. At the same time, announced and presented the decision to appoint 6 Deputy Chiefs of Civil Judgment Enforcement of the province.

On this occasion, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department awarded 63 decisions to appoint leaders at the head and deputy head levels of 5 specialized departments and 14 regional civil judgment enforcement departments.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee congratulated the appointed officials; at the same time, he asked them to continue promoting their qualities, leadership capacity, solidarity, discipline, innovate working methods, and improve the effectiveness of civil judgment enforcement in the new period.

Deputy Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Administration Tran Thi Phuong Hoa also emphasized: The organizational restructuring after the merger is an important step to streamline the apparatus, clearly assign tasks, and improve operational efficiency. The Deputy Director requested the staff to continue to practice their expertise, maintain discipline, and unite to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
