Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (stock code: BFC) has just announced the Board of Directors' Resolution on approving the estimated results of the production and business plan for the third quarter of 2025 and the production and business plan for the fourth quarter of 2025. The announced figures show that the company continues to maintain positive growth momentum in revenue and profit, despite the decrease in consumption output in the third quarter.
Specifically, in the third quarter of 2025, Binh Dien Fertilizer recorded a production output of 158,850 tons, a slight decrease of 2.6% compared to the same period in 2024. Consumption output reached 140,102 tons, 12.5% lower than the same period. However, BFC's total revenue still reached VND 2,093 billion, an increase of 1.5% compared to the third quarter of 2024.

BFC's business performance is clearly reflected in its profits. Consolidated pre-tax profit in the third quarter reached VND90.7 billion, up 12.1% over the same period; the parent company alone recorded pre-tax profit of VND71.6 billion, up sharply by 21.5%.
In the first 9 months of 2025, Binh Dien Fertilizer produced 602,196 tons, equivalent to 99.5% of the yearly plan. Consumption output reached 597,908 tons, completing 98.8% of the yearly plan.
In the first 9 months of the year, the company recorded total revenue of VND 8,287 billion, a sharp increase of 28.3% over the same period in 2024. Consolidated pre-tax profit reached VND 412 billion, of which the parent company contributed VND 271 billion.
With the 2025 plan targeting revenue of VND 7,438 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 281 billion, this result means BFC has exceeded the revenue target by 11.4% and the annual profit plan by 46.9% after only 9 months.
Entering the fourth quarter of 2025, BFC continues to plan to produce 155,000 tons and consume 154,322 tons of products. Total revenue is expected to reach VND 1,930 billion, consolidated pre-tax profit VND 48.8 billion, and pre-tax profit of the parent company VND 29 billion.

The company operates mainly in the field of manufacturing and trading fertilizer products, with the main product being Dau Trau fertilizer. BFC was equitized and operated as a joint stock company since 2011.
BFC is the leading enterprise in terms of production capacity and market share of NPK fertilizer in the Vietnamese market, currently managing 1 main factory and 5 member companies.
