Strive to complete site clearance for Kim Thanh 2 Industrial Park this year

At the dialogue with the Secretary of the Kim Thanh Commune Party Committee (Hai Phong), people of Dai Duc cluster requested the commune to specifically announce the roadmap for site clearance for Kim Thanh 2 Industrial Park.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tuyen, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Kim Thanh commune received and explained opinions and recommendations of people in Dai Duc cluster villages.

On the morning of September 22, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tuyen, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Kim Thanh commune, had a dialogue with the people of Dai Duc cluster villages. This was the first dialogue of the head of the Kim Thanh commune Party Committee after the reorganization of the apparatus according to the 2-level local government.

At the dialogue session, people of Dai Duc cluster villages requested the commune to specifically announce the roadmap for site clearance for Kim Thanh 2 industrial park.

The Secretary of the Kim Thanh Commune Party Committee said that the commune has coordinated with the Commune Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council to organize land recovery, approve compensation and support plans, and organize compensation and support payments for agricultural land for 500 households in the villages of Kim Dinh, Kien Le, and Tan Tien, with a total amount of more than 210 billion VND.

Currently, the commune is conducting investigations and surveys to recover land, approve compensation plans, and support agricultural land areas in Dong Tam village (expected to be completed in September); preparing to conduct investigations and surveys to recover land, approve compensation plans, and support agricultural land areas in Nguyen Bao village (expected to be completed in October). Investigation, survey, recovery of land, and approval of compensation plans, and support for agricultural land areas in 9 villages of Dai Duc cluster in 2025 (before December 31).

People of Nguyen Bao village requested the commune to specifically announce the clearance schedule for Kim Thanh 2 industrial park.

At the dialogue session, people in Dai Duc cluster villages also reflected that many households currently have the need to issue land use right certificates for the first time but have not been resolved. It is proposed to increase support and resolve the issue of issuing land use right certificates for the first time to people; direct the handling of the landfill in the old Tam Ky commune causing environmental pollution; support funding to complete the road in Dong Tam village; upgrade and renovate village cultural houses...

The people's reflections and recommendations were received, explained, and directed by the Kim Thanh Commune Party Secretary to be considered and resolved by specialized agencies.
