Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Binh, Deputy Director of K Hospital and Dr. Le Tri Chinh, Head of the Department of Gynecological Surgery of K Hospital, successfully performed vNOTES surgeries for patients with menorrhagia, multiple uterine fibroids, and early-stage endometrial cancer. The surgical team performed a total hysterectomy and complete pelvic lymph node dissection through the vagina, without making an abdominal incision and leaving no external scars.
